3. Cookies we do NOT use
For the avoidance of doubt, Vennari does not use:
- Third-party advertising or retargeting cookies
- Social media tracking pixels (Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc.)
- Cross-site tracking cookies
- Fingerprinting technologies
4. Managing your preferences
You can manage your cookie preferences in the following ways:
- Cookie banner: When you first visit our website, a cookie consent banner appears. You can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or customise your preferences.
- Browser settings: Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Service from functioning properly.
- Opt out of analytics: You can disable analytics at any time from Settings in the Vennari app.
5. Third-party cookies
We do not embed third-party content that sets cookies, with the exception of Stripe for payment processing. When you visit a checkout or payment page, Stripe may place cookies for fraud detection purposes. These cookies are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
6. Legal basis
Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and the UK GDPR:
- Strictly necessary cookies are placed without consent (PECR Regulation 6(4)).
- Analytics and preference cookies are placed only with your explicit consent (PECR Regulation 6).
