Vennari is an all-in-one session intelligence app for professionals. It combines ambient audio recording, real-time transcription, AI-powered minutes classification, smart contact management, consent-based contact recognition, and cloud storage — all in one iOS and Android app. Think of it as your personal event and meeting companion that captures everything so you can focus on being present.
As Vennari transcribes your session, the AI engine classifies every sentence into structured categories: tasks, decisions, action items, questions, and key information. You get a complete, organised report — without touching a keyboard. Classification runs on Google Gemini and processes transcript segments in real time.
Core features do. Recording, on-device transcription (Whisper), and the Vennari Hardware device all work fully offline — the hardware records independently to its SD card regardless of internet or phone connectivity. AI classification, cloud sync, social publishing, and Member Directory require an internet connection. Everything captured offline syncs automatically when you reconnect.
Recording laws vary by country. In the UK and most of Europe, recording is legal with the consent of at least one party (you). Vennari’s visible “Recording” indicator and one-tap Privacy Pause ensure transparency. Always inform people in environments where all-party consent is required.
Member Directory is consent-first contact recognition. You voluntarily register and choose what to share — name, title, links. Another Vennari user can then scan your face at an event and your public profile appears. Non-members return no result. Every scan sends you a notification. No photos are stored — only a 512-float mathematical embedding. You can unenrol at any time.
Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Face embeddings use column-level encryption with a dedicated AWS KMS key. We are based in the UK, store data in AWS eu-west-2 (London), and comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. Yes, completely. Export sessions as PDF, structured JSON, or CSV. Push directly to Notion, Google Docs, Salesforce, or HubSpot. On Pro and above, one-tap social publishing sends extracted quotes to LinkedIn, X, or Threads. You also have the right to request a full data export under GDPR.
Yes — that’s the point. In Standalone mode it records audio and transcript directly to its SD card with no phone or internet required. In Connected mode it streams to the Vennari app via Bluetooth for live AI classification. Built on ESP32-S3 with dual MEMS microphones and 8–10 hours battery life.
Hybrid meeting support — capturing in-room and virtual audio simultaneously — is on the Phase 2 roadmap. Currently Vennari is optimised for in-person capture at events, conferences, workshops, and meetings. You can use it alongside any virtual tool.
